I love wine. I love food. What I find amazing is that a great dish and a great wine, when enjoyed together, can create a synergy that is magical and greater than the sum of its parts. How does this happen? I am not entirely sure but am committed to learning more and understanding how and why this magic happens. Thankfully I love to cook and am eager to experiment with a variety of ingredients and recipes in this quest. And the drinking wine part ain’t so bad either.
